A practical, old-fashioned Marseille soap designed to hang by the sink or shower

This substantial oval Marseille soap is crafted from vegetable oils using the traditional Marseille soapmaking method.

The bar is fitted with a water-repellent linen rope, allowing it to hang from a faucet, shower fixture, hook, or peg between uses. It works especially well in bathrooms, kitchens, utility areas, and workshops, where the soap can stay close at hand without sitting in a dish.

Made with olive oil and coconut oil, it contains no added fragrance, coloring, or preservatives. The simple formula produces a lively lather while the large 290 g size makes it a long-lasting everyday soap.

Ingredients: Olive oil, coconut oil, water, naturally occurring glycerin, salt, lye.

Weight: 290 g (10.2 oz)

Overall hanging length: Approximately 10.25" (26 cm) from the top of the rope loop to the bottom of the soap, not including the loose end of the rope.

Please note: Because of the hanging length, it may not fit comfortably on a very short faucet.

Rope: Water-repellent linen.

Packaging: Unwrapped, with its linen rope.

Made in Salon-de-Provence, France by Marius Fabre.
