Returns & Refunds
Our soaps are crafted in small batches using traditional methods and natural ingredients. Because soap is a personal and hygienic item, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund. info@globalbathmarket.com
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Because scent and texture are deeply personal—and because handmade soap naturally varies from batch to batch—we’re unable to offer refunds based on fragrance preference or normal variations.
