Crafted in Marseille, France, this authentic Marseille soap is still made in open cauldrons using the traditional Marseille process. One of the last soap makers to preserve this centuries-old method, Le Sérail slowly cooks each batch through a series of time-honored steps before cutting, stamping, and curing the finished bars.
Made with olive oil and coconut oil, this fragrance-free soap contains no added colorants, preservatives, or whitening agents. It is gentle enough for everyday cleansing and has been a trusted household staple in France for generations.
A light white powder may appear on the surface of the soap. This is a natural result of the traditional manufacturing and curing process and rinses away with use.
Traditionally sized bar: Each bar is hand-cut, so weights and dimensions may vary slightly. Variations in color, texture, and surface appearance reflect its handmade nature.

Packaging: Sold exactly as it leaves the soap factory—with no individual packaging, just the traditional maker's stamp impressed into the soap itself.
