A simple, concentrated way to make your own traditional laundry soap

Made in Salon-de-Provence using the traditional Marseille soapmaking process, these soap flakes are made from vegetable oils and are designed for gentle, effective washing of everyday laundry.

The formula is based on oleic sunflower oil and coconut oil. Oleic sunflower oil has a fatty-acid profile similar to olive oil and is naturally rich in oleic acid. The flakes contain no added fragrance, coloring, or preservatives.

Use the flakes directly in laundry applications or dissolve them in very hot water to make a liquid laundry soap. Because the formula is simple and highly concentrated, a relatively small amount goes a long way.

Ingredients: Oleic sunflower oil, coconut oil, water, naturally occurring glycerin, salt, lye.

Weight: 750 g (26.5 oz)

How to make liquid laundry soap: Dissolve about ¼ cup (30 g) of flakes in very hot water, adding the water gradually and shaking well. Then top up with water to make 1 quart (4 cups) of prepared soap. The mixture may thicken or separate as it sits; simply shake well or add a little hot water to loosen it again.

Approximately 235 loads per box.

Made in Salon-de-Provence, France by Marius Fabre.
